    My company is absolutely terrible at it. Once they're out the door they're forgotten. Just recently it kind of bit our sales guy in the ass. It was rather painful to watch him interact with someone we've once done work with that he just completely forgot about.

    Personally though, I try to maintain a relationship.. you never know when a previous client may cough up another gig or pass on a potential client.
