Ukit,
Overly optimistic view of what regulators can accomplish eh? So, using the story above, a lot of people realized what Magnetar was doing, a lot of people could see how this could be extremely damaging. What you're saying is that over the years that Magnetar was doing this, if there was a regulating body that was more focused on oversight then they too wouldn't have been able to sound the alarm? Doesn't the FDA test drugs BEFORE they kill people? Doesn't the FBI and CIA listen to 'chatter' so they can try and stop people who plan to kill? Do you think that what the FDA, FBI and CIA along with a couple hundred other government agencies does is a Supermanish feat? But no you're right. Create a set of rules and then update those rules after someone has found a way around them. Super cool idea, good luck with that. Magnetar loves your idea in about 8 billion ways. ;)
As I said before and I'll go ahead and do it again in all caps because I think your eyesight is going.. FUCK YES WE NEED PERMANENT RULES OF SOME KIND!! I AGREE WITH YOU 100%!!! WHO IS ARGUING THAT POINT?? NOT ME!!! IF SOMEONE WAS ARGUING THAT POINT I'LL POKE THEM IN THE FUCKING EYE ALONG WITH YOU!! :)
- God, you love to run your fucking mouth...DrBombay

- You are splitting hairs over regulation and oversight, ukit explains it and it flies right over your melon.DrBombay
