It looks incomplete and very dated.
A site as all-Flash will be seen as a negative generally. The only instances an all-Flash site could be seen as a positive is if it is some amazing work of ingenuity with slick interactions, and the client happens to want an all-Flash site.
I'm talking from experience as I made my portfolio before I knew HTML/CSS and it is still all-Flash. I pretty much can't get a job until I sort it out...
An all-Flash portfolio these days tends to suggest a one-trick pony, a person who doesn't know how to optimise content and more than likely someone who doesn't know how to keep up with current trend, which to a client is very important.
