I know the story isn't perfect. The delivery guy is in fact a financial advisor suffering of paranoia. The security guard has a note on the wall saying that they need to look for him since he's been behaviing weird at work. That day, the security guard thought that the employee was too weird and decided to call help. THen, he flips up and kill him and himself afterward.its not a golf club, its a shotgun.
