Adobe took full 3 years to finally get working on a decent mobile version of its Flash Player, and from the videos I've seen (even from the CS5 announcement where they showcase them on a tablet) the thing stills feels sluggish and with frame dropping.
Then they try to create a cross compiler without even consulting Apple hoping that if they release it and then Apple blocks it (which has happen) that Apple will have to deal with all that backslash from the Flash community. Sorry, it's Adobe's fault not recognize the emerging mobile market when it was necessary.
That and the terrible performance of Flash Player on OS X since ages, something they could have fix a long time ago if they wanted to show Apple some good willing.
- It's not just about Adobe .. it's about all cross compilers.********
- Apple are behaving in an evil manner.********
- Same thing with porting any app to xcode. Total bullshit move. Chill with the Apple evangelism,Mimio
- lets stop pretending there are good guys involved. Adobe has been jerking its devs around too.kpl
