also make sure to use a naming convention across all your files and incl. the fla's and the source vid (mov, avi) if handy. you may have to incl. fonts as well but it's safer to make all of it outlines. here's an example zip file:
en_728x90_clientname_c01.fla
en_728x90_clientname_c01.swf
en_728x90_clientname_skin_c01.fl...
en_728x90_clientname_skin_c01.sw...
en_728x90_clientname_c01.flv
en_728x90_clientname_c01.mov
