Well, you know, it's a dog eat dog world out there. What, do you expect Apple to play Mr. Nice Guy when Microsoft and Google aren't exactly doing the same?
I think the brush with cancer has changed Steve Jobs, and he's become more aggressive and more of a risk taker. We'll see if it pays off. I can guarantee, now that this has been confirmed, Adobe must be livid since CS5 launches in just a few days!
