not sure whats more upsetting the union power or the fact that people still think the rich in intelligence should have more rights and support then the poor in intelligence. seems to me there should be a cry more the unprivileged to bet funds for better education then the smart. or its just part of the plan to blame capitalistic types of deals when the unions fuck up the funds. i mean come on if we treat education as healthcare wouldn't it be interesting. or who knows maybe the unions understand with out an intelligent minority there would be no one to leech from. but then again their was according the article "better" candidates. ill say its just shooting from the hip with micro politics with no larger plan.
