yeah the sound is a little bit distracting rather than supporting, giving a heavy drop feel, maybe it is my headphones.
and I think engage is right, adding a more transition well may well work on that site, and maybe using a little bit smaller font may make it have some air.
they are just suggestions, other than that nice portfolio and clean one.
