"It's amazing that Bush-Cheney in their eight years of infinite wisdom (as declared by the Supreme Court) didn't see this coming so they decided to start two wars and give tax breaks that Ronald Reagan didn't even give to the wealthy.
They and the Republican party had eight years to set us on a manageable fiscal course but now their Tea Party hypocrites are stoking anger against Democrats, the folks who GAVE the country a surplus. Talk about irrational, extremist, and misplaced anger.
All the while, we continue to give Bush-Cheney pensions and healthcare as if they don't have enough of their own wealth to support themselves. I only hope that we can start TAXING these folks to the largest extent possible. It's only right that they pay their share given all of the damage they've inflicted on America between 2001-2009."
