seems like dumping all of them at once is going to set yourself up for, if not failure, certainly misery. Think of it as crash dieting; the weight may come off quickly, but is MUCH more likely to come back, and then some. 6 weeks is impressive. I just think weaning yourself off in phases would probably be a more realistic approach than all of them cold turkey.
