jason, your current résumé looks great content wise. you have to remember to that people you might be sending this to might be wanting to print it and photocopy it for others to read, these technical issues usually warrant a document to be B&W, it has to be very clear with high-contrast, you can achieve a really nice design using maybe two typefaces and altering weights for subheads, titles, etc.
