Your body fixes itself if you eat good healthy food. Do some exercise every day. Absolutely stop smoking/drug taking and take it easy on the booze - a few beers aint gonna kill you. Detox will take place at a more natural pace. You'd be amazed at how much energy exercising gives you. It's common sense. You don't need books or diet gurus.
