  pr2, i believe its dependent on your own body.

  To get the full benefit of the master cleanse, I believe it was 20-30 days. I only did 10 days because it was hard to do. Studies have been shown from colonic cleansing the release old toxins. They found drugs and chemicals in patients where they haven't used them in years.
