I can't believe I'm the first to say this, but give them all the options on your site and have all the options available for simple email responses. All the versions means Word, Acrobat and html. Also, save some time and keep one version with a salary history. Some people request that.
My favorite way to do it is Flash with a print button to print a #p frame. Remember, you can't print reliably from Flash with out using the print action script.
