  Photoshop is just waiting to be beaten for web design by some kids like those two brothers who made Pixelmator. Fireworks is no better, if that's what you were about to mention it.

  Just like Coda and likes grabbed a big chunk of Dreamweaver's market, it's only a matter of time someone dethrones Adobe in this area.

  What are the requirements?
  Support for easy presentation of CSS features, even those as simple as 'border' for box elements or "background-color" for text.

  I suppose, there could emerge a program that would be a mixture of CSS3 wysiwyg and image editing features.
