    I have a crate practice amp that was ~100 and it fine for the office. For shows (when I played) I rotated from a Fender Twin to a huge 100W Crate, to Pevay. Fender Twin was the best, but I didn't really like any of them. I want a Mesa Boogie, but my budget now is not willing to pay for that.

    How does PRS give you gear lust? :P I think it's more who you listen to. Growing up on GnR all I had was distortion and Wah. The only thing I've added to that now it delay.

    • I have a Boogie. '88 Mark III red stripe. Loud as fuck at 75w even compared to a 150w Germino...ismith
    • I want a dual or triple rectifier. Love their sound when I've got to play with them.jfletcher
    • Get the early one if you can. The two-channel dual rec has better circuitry and sounds a lot better recorded.ismith
    • I mean do whatever you want, but if you find one of those you're in luck! They have much better resale value.ismith
