I like 3. There's something interesting about the way you cropped the chip. Looks almost bug like. I think the STW could be more legible. The "T" gets lost to me. The Registered mark is up too high and seems large in comparison to "chiptuning".
But these are just aesthetic critiques... I'm not even sure what this is for so I have no idea how successful it is as a logo.
