agreed with prototype comment. clients do want something they can "feel and touch" so to speak.
so do some jpeg's for what you believe is the layot and do a 'functionality' mockup/demo. doesn't have to be perfect. just so client see's 'ah, thats what you meant by the menu being draggable" "ooo, so the pictures load from a folder?" "neat so all i have to do is edit the xml page and the flash changes? cool." those are comments you'll get.
remember, it doesn't have to be perfect in the least bit (in regards to the prototype) just show funtionality. just try to be precise with your jpeg's.
