  My last freelance in-house gig ended nastily after a series of month where they paid on the 30th day (before becoming past due on the 31st) I ended up going 60 days without pay, then 30 days for the next paycheck. Going further, I dont think there is any way I will agree to such long terms on full-time freelance ever again. I
  hated that place anyway...felt like I was working in a Shanghai ipod factory.
