    Hey, when you get down to it, as inartfully as it might have been expressed, Reid was simply describing the racism that we all known exists in American society.

    Republicans on the other hand (not all but some), pretty much EMBODY the racism that is out there. At least Trent Lott did when he said he wished Strom Thurmond (who ran as a segregationist) had become President. Big difference in those two statements.
