    AAC is a standard. Don't bust on Apple for using it. Bust on the companies that make your iPod wannabe's for not supporting standards and supporting Microsofts format.

    At least you have the option to burn and rip it again.

    And remember, the only files with DRM are the ones you purchase...anything you rip into AAC is just like having an mp3...only it's better quality, and most electronics don't support it yet.
