  There is a Backup program that comes with it, to do automated backups to iDisk. Bit slow though. I use JungleDisk/AmazonS3 for that. MobileMe is useful if you want to synch Mail, Contacts, Calendars (and a few other supported programs like Yojimbo) between multiple Macs and iPhone, and have access to all that from any web browser.. plus web gallery thing that you can publish to from iPhoto... lost iPhone locator..

  • dropbox is freeephix
  • google sync is freeephix
  • I use Dropbox too, MobileMe still seems the best for the synching of info to iPhone.ribit
