    ukit, how does that reduce the cost of healthcare? I'm referring to healthcare costs in general.. not just to me and you. The issue is that the overall costs of healthcare have done something like doubled in 10 years. It's unsustainable. So how does this bill actually reduce the overall costs of healthcare.. you know, reducing the costs of pharmaceuticals, limiting doctors from doing extensive and sometimes unnecessary procedures just so that they can make more from insurance companies. Things like that. How are they achieving it?
