  #1: You assume stealing of TomTom software. I have a broken TomTom. My license to use the software is legit.

  #2 I think Satnav on iPhone is a stupid idea, if you frequently do things with your iPhone (making calls, checking stuff on the net etc), I'm assuming that you have to re-open the app every time you need to do something like check an email?
