Why does making another vig off your script for a remake = no integrity? So only one audience or one market share consuming a product based on your material is more honest than having the chance to expand it, and earn more after many years of hard work no one in the business even talking to you without some sort of in?
Seriously, I think people look at movies and other entertainment as some sort of weird sacred rite. Yes it's creative, and yes it's art (sometimes), but it's a business too. Think of movies as product, as studios and (wait for it....wait for it...) many moviemakers do, and you'll see it differently.- sure something like "twighlight" is a product, when it comes to good movies i see them as a creative thing that shouldnt be sold out.********
