If they're used to developing top-tier iPhone apps, then they are bringing sales revenue already. That being said, it's YOUR idea, hence, it's YOUR app. You are hiring THEM to execute it. Therefore, after Apple gets their 30% for a sale, you should get the rest and give a similar percentage of that to the developers. Basically, you should run the show.
