I think we should all agree on some standards for consideration here... work similar in functionality yet designed differently does not constitute a rip. work designed similarly yet modified enough to retain individuality should also remove it from a rip label.
we've seen enough rips posted here and other places to know what constitutes a real rip. code with the meta tags still showing the original designer's name and such. sites looking identical in design, including logo styles and colors, etc. this just doesn't qualify enough.
