  Good antidote for this programme is 'The Mona Lisa Curse' by Robert Hughes (did that book Shock Of The New). Probably my favourite show in recent years.
  Talks about the ridiculousness of the art market and it's purpose, how it drives educational systems to churn out artists to feed the hungry machine (ie. School of Saatchi), and how it will end up eating itself.

  This show pretty much proves how the art market tends to simply fuck things up and ultimately this show is advertising for Saatchi and money in the pockets of the powers that be.
