I don't want them to shout "fish or chicken?!" at me when I'm sleeping. Or read out a long list of connections gates when we could access that stuff on-screen if they'd put the screens in and push data at them. Or dump me out of the plane after 15 hours into US immigration where they demand I fill out forms 'designed' in the 50s, that ask if I've been involved in acts of 'moral turpitude' or if I'm a Nazi, then ask if I'm an alien and shout a lot to direct us places when a few properly designed signs would do the job rather better.
