HELP I can't remeber the name of this arcade game for the life of me.
You were the "bad car" in a police chase, ovehead view, driving up screen. If you pulled into a donut shop the police cars slowed down, there was also a drive through gas station that sped you up. Also cars full of junkies would smash into you to slow you down.
