  imho, out of the economically sound brands,
  Zara offers most bang for the bucks.

  Fair fabric, favorably tailored and none of the mistakes a lot of similarly priced suits have like glued lining, not aligning stripes or the likes.

  As a budget choice I'd vote for it. If necessary have it altered to your frame. But do splash out on good shoes.
