Im not sure what she means by their ethnic composition being "FAR out of proportion to racial breakdown of the UK, proving there is no prejudice."...
Surely if it is far OUT of proportion to the national breakdown then something odd is going on with the hiring.
It would be a somewhat foolish person to actively selectively only employ white men at their company, even if that ethic and gender group was disproportionately represented within the applicant groups. Such a firm would do well to reject people on the basis of their ethnicity and or gender, and employ someone who would shift their numbers in line viz za party norms, yiss ?- Fucking dinner party liberals.
