Surely most jobs have downsides. A friend got bad plantar facitis cause they were on their feet all day. Another lost the ends of their fingers in a printing press. I use this... http://nitram-nunca.com/download… set it to tick down every 50mins or so, as a reminder to get up and stretch a bit. Still get aches and pains but guess it comes with the territory.
