I was a big fan for a while now. About 4 years ago Elliot played at the Troc in Philly. The day of the show he went into a small sandwich shop that my girl worked at and got lunch. My friend Eric happened to notice him and started shootin' the shit. Elliot invited Eric and 5 guests (me included) to the show for free. After his set he came upstairs to the small bar and sat down for a beer. No one even realized it was him. I walked up and started thanking him for a wonderful night. We talked for 2 hours and exchanged contact info. he called me a couple times and last time he was in Philly and asked if I want to come see the show, I had work that night. He was a great dude.
