He's still free to speak but question time should probably just tell him to speak to someone else and fuck off.
I'd like to think that given the airtime the BNP would talk themselves into a corner but for all his abhorrent policies, he's pretty savvy and it would be unlikely he's going to say anything controversial which would mean there's a danger he'd actually appeal to people watching.
I still can't believe 1 million people voted BNP in the last elections.
