  glad to hear. i've got a pc laptop at home (mac at work) and vista kills me. i like XP.

  is it worth the upgrade or should i stay with an OS that makes me drink and scream at an inanimate laptop like some insane hobo (or like an average scot).

  • i ran vista with 3 gigs of ram at the least and no problems, it is hoggy, but not as hoggy as a mac.deathboy
  • does vista suck with little ram and is that why ppl prefer xp?deathboy
  • yeah the ram must be the issue. any less hog-like with 7?airey
