seriously... if you did not sign anything, and the actually use your work without modifying it, then you're in a much better legal position than they are.... a phone call from a lawyer may get you $, or at least a public apology... if they're smart, they'd at least alter your work so they can claim it wasn't sufficient and that's why you didn't get the job, even if they did use your work....
