    here is what the response I got...

    "So we do need you to print the letter and sign it and I have to ask that you complete the 2 weeks as I will be really in trouble if you do not stay for that time period. "
    Following this they are asking me to change my starting date at the new company.

    They used and abused people...so I gave 3 days, which I thought at this point was actually NICE of me.
    My employment letter says at-will...

    thoughts?
