Café A Brasileira is good place just to chill:
Bairro Alto is a must-see walkable area with a lot of small cafes, restaurants, clubs and the best sneaker store interior ever (if it's still there):
There is a shoe store in Alfama... My cousin used to live in Lisboa and said it was the weirdest store she ever saw. We went there but it was closed weekends, we could only see through the glass.
It was run by an old timer and was a total mess. Shoes that seemed to be from the 70's or 80's were all over the place, just thrown around like garbage. There was a pathway swept among them. It was hard to believe it was a real store.
I have pics but they're archived on an old DVD somewhere...
