    is it exactly the same illustration?
    or has the "rip" used the same original photo?

    Seems to me that the only difference is that Faireyd has obviously got some decent PR behind himself and his work.
    I'm sure this lass would be giving pics to presidents and stars if she had as-good PR behind her.

    If I (an unfamous musician) sampled a phat beat from someone else, then some famous musician released the same sampled beat on a track and it was an instant hit, yeah id be pissed - but they are the ones with the PR machine behind them to MAKE things work.
