Finally did it!
Just ordered a D90 body, the Nikon 50mm f1.8 lens, and a Tamron 17-50mm f.2.8, along with an 8GB Extreme 3 memory card and some other accessories.
I've been wanting to do this all year, and with some travel coming up over the holidays, and great winter scenery here in Chicago I just assume get acclimated with things. I was in Texas over the weekend, using my stepdad's D80 and realized I just had to finally do this.
Can't wait for it to arrive, but have to wait until next Wednesday!
