    the point is that kids are desensitised and most parents have never had the kind of training they should have had to counter this threat.

    Look around you and see whether society has become more sexual in concert with more sexualised advertising... of course it has.

    More and more teenagers are having sex and experimenting with wilder behaviour at a much earlier age than 50 years ago, when we would have considered most advertising 'naive'.

    So we should ask ourselves who really is niave – those who blatantly sell product with no thought to the consequences of sexualised advertising, or those who called pre sexual liberation ideals niave?
