    Ok. So they just need printed copies.

    If you wanna keep it cheap just go with Arial or Helvetica as they are system fonts.

    Frutiger or Univers could be useful too. They are very clean, legible and have not much personality. Their condensed versions could help you out a bit to separate information and play with hierarchy.

    Won't really suggest pricey fonts. I'd myself give a legible typeface like Corpid or Corporate S a try but they are very expensive.
