dutch design is more planned and structured....while belgian design comes more out of improvisition...its comparing apples with oranges.
the problem is belgian (especially graphic)design has a huge minority complex..as where the dutch have their own identity an a very theoretical aspect(concept,concept)
we rely more on copying the popular styles at the moment...or the popular styles in the past..wich is mostly demanded by art directors and marketing guys who realy dont know shit about the business(but thats a global problem as we all know)
