I had my car broke into 2 days ago. Smashed both the windows just to empty the glove box of maps. Also stole the car manual and a folder I had with the registration/insurance... i guess thinking there might be money tucked somewhere. Must be something in the air. That invasion of privacy feeling always sucks... yours sounds a thousand time worse though.
