I've never used it but it looked interesting.
I don't think I'd bother with it though to be honest, it kind of looks like the crowdspring of feedback and comments such as
"Wow! This rocks. :) I wonder who designed it!!! I'm going to load up SQL management studio and give this bad boy like a million votes."
don't really fill me with much confidence that it would be of any great value on a professional level.
