    Just export it as a pdf and print to larger paper? Expand-to-fit the paper. Hells bells, just do that from InDesign.

    • Not noticeably. If you're dealing with 300dpi images, you'll be fine if printing from a laser.

    • pylon is right...resolution loss in the images probably isn't a problem if this guy can't read 8pt copy
