Ouch! I shouldn't of touched this topic with a barge poll! Whenever I visit a new city I always like to get out of the centres and go visit the surrounding neighbourhoods - I swear that's where the best fun is to be had. That's my personal opinion, only that. Writing about what I know.
btw – I'm London born & breed. Also, I don't wear designer glasses, I don't live in Clerkenwell, I don't want an iphone, I don't call myself a web designer/part time DJ or write in CAPS like I'm Kanye West. There's no lump sum from daddy to buy my first house. All those thinks I consider wanky London, yet I'd bet my bottom dollar the bitter lemons above are in knee deep in it.
I'm off now to an illegal rave in Mile End with MAX PROPHET. We got our ray bans, our neon colours, our bad pills and our pointy shoes. Mad for it!
