  Well, the thing is, I've been doing interviews, or coming in an hour late (with warning). I've turned down a few spots (two), and am in negotiation with another right now that I might actually take if I can negotiate some specific requests I have.

  Thanks all for your input, it's been hell at work this week (month? year?) and I was lacking the right vision for making this choice.
